Leading the way

  • Dr. Mark Conrad - Senior Pastor

“An individual shared with me about Jesus Christ and his sacrifice for me. After several weeks of wrestling with what Jesus had done for me I knelt down in a vacant field at around 3:00 in the morning and asked Jesus to forgive me of my sins and to save me. I was later baptized in the Suwannee river.”

Pastor Mark loves spending time wilderness hiking and camping with his children (and 12 grandchildren) in the mountains of NC. Each year he and his family love going to NC and cutting their own Christmas trees. His most cherished moment was when he married Deborah, his wife of 40 years. And his favorite saying is “if you’re going to be dumb, you gotta be tough!”
